  My experience was not great by any means. I arrived from an hour and a half drive, only to find out that their main machine was needing service, which was not the best news. Though I was disappointed, it was ok. But the office assistant claimed to have called and talked with me. I NEVER received their call. And I was even argued with whether I'd received their call or not... even when I had my phone with me to prove it. Unprofessional office assistant.
  
  Then I was told I would have to come back or visit my home doctor's office for my results, which I couldn't do because of my newly acquired job/ work schedule. I asked if a phone call could be made for me instead and was told no, which said to me they were not accomodating.
  
  They sent me bills for incomplete services. They didn't take electronic forms of payment. Not helpful at all for payments.
  
  The reason they got even one star is because the ultrasound technician was kind and cordial. And the first woman I came into contact with before they officially opened was nice and treated me with respect as well. They are the only ones I spoke with who proved helpful and non-insulting in my visit. If it was a review based upon those two I would have given at least a 4.
